This policy explains the circumstances under which Peptology may accept returns or provide refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact Peptology as soon as possible.
A cancellation request may not be possible once an order has been processed, dispatched, or otherwise fulfilled.
2. Returns
Because products are intended for research and laboratory use, returns may be subject to product condition, packaging, shipping status, and applicable requirements.
Where a return is approved, the customer will receive instructions from Peptology regarding the return process.
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions first.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged order, contact customer support as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of damaged packaging or products where applicable
- Any relevant shipping documentation
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method where technically possible.
The time required for the funds to appear in an account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where:
- The customer provided incorrect delivery information
- The product was used, opened, altered, or mishandled after delivery
- The issue resulted from improper storage or handling after delivery
- The customer ordered a product that cannot legally be imported into their jurisdiction
- The order was declined or cancelled because fulfilling it would violate applicable requirements
This section does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Payment Processing Issues
If a payment was successfully charged but an order cannot be fulfilled, Peptology will review the transaction and, where appropriate, process an applicable refund.
Refunds are subject to the terms of the payment method and applicable law.
